Does this sound like you?
Something just isn’t right… Things have been piling up for awhile.
You have “family issues” and sometimes — or all the time— you don’t get along with your partner.
Panic attacks keep happening, but you’re not sure if that’s what they are.
Sleep is really hard and feeling rested must be a luxury. Sometimes you spend the whole night worrying.
Pills sometimes work to calm down, or smoking, but the pain is still there when it wears off.
You always find a reason for not getting help. Life is just too busy with work and other stuff going on. Overwhelm takes over a lot. But you are tired of living this way. A compassionate approach to counseling may be exactly what you need.
Is this your relationship?
Having a partner is really hard, and the two of you used to enjoy each other.
You’re worried about your partner having an affair… or maybe they already did?
Communication is just not happening anymore. You wonder if it had ever really been working. Marriage counseling or couples therapy may be able to help you and your partner feel like a team again.
Do you struggle with your emotions or addiction?
Your parent died a long time ago and it seems like you should have gotten over it.
Vaping helps you calm down, but you stop sometimes because of the weird side effects that happen. When they go away, and you start again.
Friends are important to you and you like to spend time with them, but they always say something to make you blow up. It feels great to punch through a wall sometimes…
A specialized form of therapy may be able to help you confront your emotions or addiction.
Life is just too hard…
This Earth Walk is not easy! Sometimes we need a little — or A LOT — of support with what we are going through. By not working through your challenges or problems, ignoring that discomfort, and pushing aside the need to get help, you will continue to feel “blah,” “meh,” and just not well.

What to do?
Welcome to Elements Counseling!
I (she/her) provide empathy, warmth, and compassion through different types of therapy. My goal is to be with you through your struggles, and to help you to move through your stuck points to a state of feeling well in a safe environment.
Together, we look at how the four elements inside of us — our emotions, our thoughts, our spirit, and our body — all work together to continually find balance. We remember that you are in charge of your healing, and the potential for how you want to grow is up to you. Through therapy, you will remember what it is like to feel self-empowered.
My purpose with psychotherapy is to be with you to work through your life challenges. I assist you by helping to train your brain to remember new ways of being, to discover more in-depth self-awareness, and to develop a plan of action for change. We will work to learn healthier skills, such as how to communicate and think healthier.
I offer in-person sessions to Northern Colorado, as well as online/ tele-health counseling to anyone in Colorado. I am also able to offer in-home services, case dependent, in the Northern Colorado area. The work that we do is an investment for yourself. An investment into your present and future, and the work will expand to others around you as well.
Not quite sure that you’re ready to change? Let’s talk about that, too!
